By accessing or using WeFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Service Description

WeFlow provides business communication and automation tools that may include WhatsApp Business API connectivity, messaging, broadcasts, automation, AI integrations, contact management, analytics, team collaboration, and related services.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and account access. You must have the legal authority required to use the service on behalf of yourself or your organization.

4. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with applicable WhatsApp and Meta terms, business messaging policies, commerce policies, template requirements, opt-in requirements, and other platform rules. Sending spam, prohibited content, or messages without appropriate consent may result in restrictions imposed by Meta or suspension from our service.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to send unlawful or unsolicited communications, harass users, conduct fraudulent activities, distribute harmful content, violate intellectual property rights, compromise platform security, attempt unauthorized access, or otherwise use the service in violation of applicable laws or third-party platform policies.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or according to the selected plan. Applicable taxes, third-party charges, and WhatsApp messaging charges may be separate from the platform subscription. Pricing and plan features may change with reasonable notice where required.

7. Data & Privacy

Use of WeFlow is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, notices, permissions, and consent to collect, upload, store, and process customer information through the platform.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, internet connectivity, Meta or WhatsApp infrastructure, third-party providers, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

The WeFlow platform, software, design, documentation, trademarks, branding, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Customers retain ownership of their lawful business data and content, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the service.

10. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, applicable laws, payment obligations, security requirements, or third-party messaging policies. Users may also discontinue the service according to the cancellation terms applicable to their plan.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeFlow and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Any applicable liability will be subject to the limitations permitted by law and the relevant service agreement.

12. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory legal rights or jurisdictional requirements that may apply.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes in our services, policies, legal obligations, or business practices. Material updates may be communicated through the website, platform, email, or another appropriate channel.
